Adding your Payment Information

If you wish to upgrade your account from FREE to the PRO version, you may upgrade to premium by Adding your Payment Information on the Upgrade page.

It is easy to do by following  these steps:

If you are signed into your Ribbet account, you can change your password at any time from your Account Settings.

Step 1: Head over to Ribbet's homepage and click on the top right profile icon

Step 2: Click on Settings

Step 3: Click on Upgrade button (you will be redirected to the Upgrade page, where you may choose to Upgrade by selecting the PRO Plan or to stay on the Current Free plan)

Step 4: Click on Upgrade button (you will be redirected to the Payment page, where you will have to choose the Payment Method and will be able to add your Payment details)

Step 5: To ensure security, please confirm you're human by ticking the checkbox below. You'll then be presented with two payment options: by card or through your PayPal account. Choose the one that works best for you.

Step 6: If you've opted to pay by card, add your card payment details. If you prefer using PayPal, simply sign in to your account to proceed with the checkout.

Changing your Payment Information

If you want to update your payment information It is easy to do by following  these steps:

Step 1: Head over to Ribbet's homepage and click on the top right profile icon

Step 2: Click on Settings

Step 3: Click on Manage button

Step 4: On Manage page click on the Edit Payment Method button

Step 5: After ticking the checkbox below to confirm you're human, click the link Choose another way to pay.

Step 6: Choose the most suitable option for you - either enter new card details or select the PayPal account option.

Step 7: Click on the Save Payment Method button, after you have updated all necessary details. Or click the Cancel button if you want to discard changes.
