Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Ribbet Subscription at anytime from the Settings page from your Ribbet Profile.

Step 1: Head over to Ribbet and log into your account

Step 2: From the Ribbet Homepage, click on the top right profile icon to access your account options and select "Settings"

Step 3: On the right side of Membership Info, Click on "Manage"

Step 4: You will be redirected to a new page where your current subscription info is shown. Click on "Cancel Premium Subscription" and then click "Yes".

Step 5: Pick the reason why you would like to cancel your subscription and click "Submit"

You will know you have successfully cancelled your subscription once you see this confirmation.
